We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our network. Your expertise will help aid workers who have been left without adequate support. Here are the roles we are looking for:
Medical Doctors:
- Direct clients to the appropriate medical specialty.
- Provide medical opinions and diagnoses, both formally and informally.
Lawyers:
- Expertise in areas such as whistleblowing retaliation, harassment, misconduct, insurance claims, negligence, disabilities during secondment, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and general grievance resolution.
- Experience with both aid NGOs and UN-related issues.
Psychologists, Psychotherapists, and Psychiatrists:
- Assist in diagnosing and treating clients with psychological needs.
Insurance Navigators:
- Evaluate insurance policies and identify their shortcomings.
- Assist clients in navigating the complexities of insurance coverage.
Senior Fundraising Strategists:
- Provide advice on funding strategies for Proper Support.
Safety and Security Advisors:
- Provide specific technical advice on meeting Duty of Care requirements.
These roles are crucial in supporting aid workers who have been neglected by their organizations or insurance coverage.
